Perfect for up to 6 guests, it features 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms. The open-plan layout connects the kitchen, living room, and dining area, creating a bright, social space. There’s also an office, ideal for guests mixing holidays with remote work. Air conditioning keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter.
While the outside is still a work in progress, you can already enjoy chairs on the main terrace next to the living room. The perfect spot to take in the serene countryside views, endless green, the gentle sound of birds singing, and a stillness that makes you feel time can truly stop here.
Gradil is the kind of village where everyone knows each other’s business, it’s an relaxed place with friendly locals. Before your arrival, we’ll send you all the details, including directions, restaurants, supermarkets, and local recommendations.
The periods of silence and noise are observed between 10pm and 9am, in order to respect the tenants and other guests.
We ask that you respect the basic rules of hygiene, such as not leaving dirty dishes to wash or tidy, or rubbish inside the property.
A late check-in, after 8pm is possible, provided it is agreed in advance, subject to an additional fee, to be paid in € at the time of check-in.
Guests have full access to the entire property.
