The space

The incredible design of this home is evident from the outside! The high-quality wooden floor makes the environment more comfortable and welcoming.
Sensational kitchen, in white tones, fully equipped. Access to the fabulous living room, garden, and BBQ.
The rooms are all very comfortable, well decorated, spacious, with natural light, and through their large windows, we have access to the spacious terrace/garden. One of the bedrooms is a suite, with a luxurious bathroom and spacious closet. A second bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined to make a double bed, a third bedroom with a double bed, and a fourth bedroom with a single bed.
The bathrooms are fantastically designed, have superb showers, and are also heated.

The neighbourhood

Supermarket, take-away restaurants with typical Portuguese home-cooked food, pharmacy, private clinic, beaches, within a 5-minute drive and for those who enjoy walking or running, the “Passeio Verde” that crosses Ericeira from North to South, connecting Foz do Lizandro to Ribeira d’Ilhas.

House rules

We ask that you respect the basic rules of hygiene, for instance do not leave dirty dishes to wash or tidy up.

Observed times of silence and noise are between 10pm and 9am. We will be grateful if you could keep the noise at the minimum out of respect for other guests, and tenants.

Other things to note

The Municipal Tourist Tax has a unit value of €2.40 in the high season and €1.20 in the low season.
High Season: May 1st to October 31st
Low Season: November 1st to April 30th.

Tax is applied per night and per guest from 13 years old, to a limit of 7 nights.

Experiences like surf lessons, yoga at home, and horse riding. Services such as transfer, and rent-a-car, among other suggestions available to our guests.
