The living room features a window facing the terrace and includes free Wi-Fi.
One bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with a double bed, and a single bed, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair — perfect for remote work while enjoying our beautiful village. Wardrobes in both bedrooms.

The neighbourhood

Just a few steps away from a supermarket, pharmacy, private medical clinics, beaches, cafés, restaurants, and shops, all within 1 km of the “Passeio Verde” (Green Walk) that runs from north to south of Ericeira, connecting Foz do Lizandro to Ribeira d’Ilhas. The apartment is approximately 600 meters away.

House rules

We kindly ask that you respect basic hygiene rules, such as not leaving dirty dishes to wash or store, and not leaving trash inside the property.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. We would greatly appreciate it if you could keep noise to a minimum to respect other guests and residents.
Parties, events, pets and smoking are not permitted.

Enjoy all the areas of the house, since it's rented out as a whole.

Other things to note

The Municipal Tourist Tax is €2.40 per night during the high season and €1.20 per night during the low season.
High season: May 1st to October 31st
Low season: November 1st to April 30th
This tax is applied per night, per guest aged 13 or older, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
